Alyssa O’Toole
Alyssa is a seasoned entrepreneur, pianist, and business coach with over a decade of experience. As the founder of Musicians Playground in downtown Boston, she grew her business from a private piano studio into a $750K operation with a 20-person team and plans to exceed $1M in revenue within the year. Her success reflects her expertise in scaling operations, financial strategy, team building, and navigating the challenges of brick-and-mortar business ownership.
Since 2021, Alyssa has coached studio owners worldwide—independently and through Studio Growth Accelerator—helping them double revenue, cut expenses, and reduce teaching hours while building more sustainable and joyful businesses. David Dallen
David is a growth strategist and consultant with 10+ years of experience helping software, consumer, and brick-and-mortar businesses scale by advising on M&A strategy, growth acceleration, and cost optimization. He began his career in consulting by advising private equity firms and companies at critical phases of the M&A process in the Tech and Consumer/Retail sectors, where he developed and executed strategies to accelerate growth and reduce costs companies.
In addition to his consulting background, David spent five years leading the marketing and finance functions of a brick-and-mortar business, giving him firsthand insight into day-to-day operations. He now heads growth and business operations at Musicians Playground, where he’s helping scale a multi-city music community for adult hobbyists. Through Seven, David supports service-based business owners in streamlining operations, reviewing financial performance, and implementing systems that improve clarity, profitability, and long-term growth.
